has not been in Kasese district since 2016 after an attack on his palace led to his incarceration together with his royal guards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yet, on this splendid Wednesday, an irresistible atmosphere of jubilation enveloped the town, with locals dancing to the traditional ekikeebe as thousands lined up the streets from the Kasese Airfield where a plane carrying the monarch touched down in the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"
