Uganda Police has arrested a man who is suspected to have hit the late Teddy Seezi Cheeye with a Motorcycle in Nakawa Kampala<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have arrested the hit and run motorcyclist on suspicion of murdering Teddy Seezi Cheeye at Nakawa,\u201d reads a statement on Kampala Metropolitan Facebook page.<\/p>\n

The suspect has been identified as Roger Kirya aged 32 years.<\/p>\n

The statement further reads that Kirya was found hiding in Mbuya. Nakawa Division<\/p>\n

According to his daughter, Cheeye was knocked by a boda boda cyclist ridding UEH 773R as he was taking a walk in Nakawa.<\/p>\n

Kirya is being detained at Jinja Road Police Station and has been charged under file TAR 78\/2018.<\/p>\n

This website understands that Cheeye was in March 01, 2018 hit by a speeding Boba Boda and he died on spot.<\/p>\n
