{"id":31877,"date":"2022-07-20T13:35:53","date_gmt":"2022-07-20T10:35:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=31877"},"modified":"2022-07-20T13:35:55","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T10:35:55","slug":"kibaale-man-stabbed-to-death","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/20\/kibaale-man-stabbed-to-death\/","title":{"rendered":"Kibaale Man Stabbed to Death"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kibaale police are investigating the circumstances, under which a 20-year-old man was stabbed to death. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deceased is Batista Bayunve Twinomujuni, a resident of Wazira village in Kayanja parish in Kayanja sub-county.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is alleged that at around 11:30 pm on Tuesday night&nbsp;while in a bar in Katwetwe trading center, the deceased picked up a quarrel with Bosco Nuwagaba, a resident of the same area for an unknown reason.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuwagaba picked a knife and stabbed Twinomujuni in the chest.&nbsp;He was rushed to Buseesa medical center for treatment while bleeding profusely where medics pronounced him dead on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John Byamukama, the Katwetwe LC I village Chairperson, says that residents pursued Nuwagaba and arrested him while fleeing from the area.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was handed over to Kibaale police Station.\u00a0Julius Hakiza, the Albertine region police spokesperson, says that the suspect is in custody at Kibaale central police station on charges of murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The police later handed over the deceased\u2019s body to Kibaale Health Center IV for postmortem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kibaale police are investigating the circumstances, under which a 20-year-old man was stabbed to death.
