In his condescending condolence message for Susan, Museveni refers to the murderers as swine, and condemns the indiscipline of taking alcohol, drugs and umalaya. Did he ever booze with Susan, or buy sex from her? To solve the mystery of unsolved murders, he called for 1) CCTV cameras on the streets, 2) banning of selling phones without simcard registration matched to electronic national IDs, 3) palm-print registration, and 4) national DNA registration.<\/em><\/p>\n Now, the real swine in this matter is Museveni.
