{"id":29442,"date":"2022-03-07T16:47:38","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T13:47:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=29442"},"modified":"2022-03-07T16:47:42","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T13:47:42","slug":"teenage-girl-stabbed-in-lodge-fight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2022\/03\/07\/teenage-girl-stabbed-in-lodge-fight\/","title":{"rendered":"Teenage Girl Stabbed in Lodge Fight"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A 17-year-old female employee of Kadena, a prominent pub and the lodge in Kalisizo Kalisizo town council, Kyotera district, is admitted in critical condition after she was stabbed several times in a bloody fight.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident happened at Kadena inside the lodge on Saturday night leaving Maureen Kyasimire with multiple life-threatening injuries on her.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, one suspect has been arrested today.&nbsp; Eyewitnesses say that Kyasimire and another employee were arguing over a male client when the fight ensued.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moments after, another employee joined the fight with a sharp object which she used to stab Kyasimire on the head leaving her unconscious.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kyasimire&#8217;s unconscious body was then dragged out of the premises and dumped in in a puddle of her own blood. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Good Samaritans rushed her to Kalisizo hospital where she is receiving intensive treatment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information about the incident reached Kalisizo Police station on Sunday afternoon.&nbsp; At least one employee has been arrested in connection with the incident. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detectives say they are still questioning several people including the Manager Thomas Mujuzi\u2019s wife who was present during the fight.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Emmanuel Ssekyeru, the Kalisizo Hospital Medical Superintendent, says they managed to treat Kyasimire and her condition is improving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 17-year-old female employee of Kadena, a prominent pub and the lodge in Kalisizo Kalisizo town council, Kyotera district, is admitted in critical condition after she was stabbed several times in a bloody fight.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The incident happened at Kadena inside the lodge on Saturday night leaving Maureen Kyasimire with multiple life-threatening injuries on her.&nbsp; However, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":536,"featured_media":28061,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"jnews-multi-image_gallery":[],"jnews_single_post":[],"jnews_primary_category":[],"jnews_paywall_metabox":[],"jnews_override_counter":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[105],"tags":[31,119],"class_list":["post-29442","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-crime","tag-featured","tag-uganda-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
