Pastor Isaac Kyobe Kiwewesi, of Miracle Centre, Kansanga is under fire after his wife Sasha Barbra Kiwewesi set tough requirements for their divorce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sasha Barbra Kiwewesi turned to the Family Division of the High Court and pleaded that they ask her husband to always set aside Shs10.8 Million shillings for her personal needs, health care as well as her family welfare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sasha Barbra also went ahead to demand for 7cars, 7plots of land, shares in his different companies and a fully furnished home in Kansanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She also made a claim of 50% of all the family property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sasha Barbra filed for divorce on grounds that her husband had tortured her psychologically after having cut off communication and constantly ignoring her which hurt her mentally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She went ahead to claim that the pastor was neglecting his children and was not offering them the love they deserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is also said that he always ran away from his duty as a husband. He also did not fulfil his conjugal obligations because he always evaded her in bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The couple has three children named Joana Kyobe, Isaac Kyobe and Jayden Kyobe who are 12, 11 and 7 years old respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his August 18, 2021 defence, Pastor Kiwewesi is also seeking to divorce his wife. He accuses his wife of deserting their matrimonial home hence making him unable to perform the said obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cShortly after going to the US, in the state of California, the cross respondent (Ms Rukundo) left that state without the knowledge and consent of the cross petitioner and relocated to Texas where she has been living to date,\u201d Pastor Kiwewesi states.
