The murder case hearing of malnourished \u2018Tycoon\u2019 Brian White and his escort Thomas Okoth that was scheduled today didn\u2019t happen at Makindye chief Magistrates court.<\/p>\n
The hearing could not take place because the victim, Victor Bitwire is still bedridden and can\u2019t be in court to testify since he is the key witness in this case.<\/p>\n
Makindye Chief Magistrate Elias Kakooza was left with no option but to adjourn the case to 5th March 2018.<\/p>\n
