{"id":26199,"date":"2021-09-06T10:06:01","date_gmt":"2021-09-06T07:06:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=26199"},"modified":"2021-09-06T10:06:04","modified_gmt":"2021-09-06T07:06:04","slug":"six-confirmed-dead-scores-injured-in-collapsed-kisenyi-building","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/06\/six-confirmed-dead-scores-injured-in-collapsed-kisenyi-building\/","title":{"rendered":"Six Confirmed Dead, Scores Injured In Collapsed Kisenyi Building"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uganda police has so far confirmed that 6 people have been confirmed dead while several injured after a building collapsed in Kampala yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The four storeyed building that was under construction is located in Kisenyi zone Muzaana Parish in Rubaga Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The collapsed covered vehicles, motor cycles and workers there-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uganda Police\u2019s Directorate of Fire and rescue services and Uganda Red Cross &nbsp;&nbsp;are at the scene&nbsp; to help with the rescue operation, the number of people trapped under the rubble hasn\u2019t been established yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputy Police Spokesperson, Kampala Metropolitan, ASP Luke Owoyesigire confirmed these reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Six people have been confirmed dead after the collapse of the four storeyed building this afternoon.
