His untimely death is a big disappointment for the country and all who know his work in the medical service,\u201d tweeted president Museveni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further tweeted that; \u201cHe still had a lot to contribute. I salute Lucy Nakyobe because she did everything possible to support him during the time of his sickness. She was always briefing me. May his soul rest in external peace.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professor Mbonye was declared dead today morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He succumbed to cancer that he has been battling for years now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to tentative program that Ug Mirror has seen, there will be a scientific vigil at his home at Plot 10 Buziga Close today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomorrow Monday July 26, 2021, the body will leave for Ibanda, Rwenkobwa.
