The arrested will be charged for doing a negligent act likely to spread an infectious disease, for they did not follow SOPS,&#8221; Twiine tweeted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Homosexuality is illegal in Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early last month, the Ugandan Parliament on Monday passed the Sexual Offenses Bill, which contains a clause to criminalize same-sex relationships.
