It&#8217;s near completion and is expected to accommodate 1, 200 commercial taxis,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to efforts to decongest the city, Benny added that, Phase 1 of construction of the Kampala Flyover which started in 2019 is underway.
