The premises have been declared a Crime scene.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Below is the full Search Warrant<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE&#8217;S COURT OF<\/p>\n<p>KAMPALA AT BUGANDA ROAD<\/p>\n<p>TO: DIAIP WALYA HENRY PETER<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS it has been proved to me that in fact or according to reasonable suspicion the following thing\/things:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; To be searched include, Laptops, Desk tops, CPU&#8217;s, computer\u00a0 accessories (electronics) and any other document related to Red \u00a0paper news publication Vol. 17 no. 152 of Monday 20, November, \u00a02017.<\/p>\n<p>UPON by in respect of which an offence has been committed or which is\/are \u00a0necessary for the conduct of an investigations into an offence\/s\/are in the \u00a0building, vessel, carriage box receptacle, place here in named and \u00a0described as follows;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Red pepper publication offices<\/p>\n<p>This is to authorize and require you to enter.
