Col. Charles Oluka who formerly worked as the ISO\u2019s director in charge of technical services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to security sources, Kaka\u2019s appointment letter has been sent to the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga for approval to serve as the first Ugandan ambassador to Angola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the Spokesperson of Parliament, Ms Hellen Kaweesa, said on Monday that she would consult the office of the speaker to confirm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLet me find out,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHe will be the pioneer ambassador to Angola.
