It should be noted that Ugandans have for a long-time ignored curfew orders of being off the road by 9PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Curfew was among the Presidential directives on controlling COVID-19 and theft in this pandemic where economic conditions have worsened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
