{"id":18884,"date":"2020-10-02T09:32:08","date_gmt":"2020-10-02T06:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=18884"},"modified":"2020-10-02T09:32:18","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T06:32:18","slug":"police-set-to-arrest-butcherman-for-thumping-rocky-giant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2020\/10\/02\/police-set-to-arrest-butcherman-for-thumping-rocky-giant\/","title":{"rendered":"Police Set To Arrest Butcherman for Thumping Rocky Giant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Police in Kampala has instituted investigation into the allegations of assault by singer Butcherman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This comes a video clip circulated online in which presidential envoy on ghetto affairs, Butcherman is seen beating up fellow musician Rocky Giant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the video that has since gone viral, Butcherman and his followers are seen humiliating Rocky Giant for allegedly calling himself a Ghetto president, something that some musicians have described as \u2018disgusting\u2019 while others called on police to apprehend the self-proclaimed ghetto president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Butcherman on Thursday appeared at Katwe Police Station for questioning on the video clip making rounds on social media of him and his men thumping rapper Rocky Giant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"697\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Rocky-giant-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18886\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Rocky-giant-1.png 697w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Rocky-giant-1-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Rocky-giant-1-360x239.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 697px) 100vw, 697px\" \/><figcaption>Thumped to pulp, Rocky Giant<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>However, according to Kampala Metropolitan Police deputy spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire, they have failed to get in touch with the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said they watched the video clip on social media but are yet to receive a complaint from bartered rapper before they can investigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBefore we start investigating the case, we ask Rocky Giant to come and file a formal complaint and get a medical form indicating that he was assaulted.
