A team of Flying Squad operatives on Wednesday apprehended a notorious motorcycle thief based in Soroti City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspect has been identified as Okiror Cosmas John.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was after his accomplice Otwa Isaac was arrested from Lira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0Another accomplice identified as Okello Joshua is still at large. They were found in possession of suspected stolen motorcycles from Gulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The motorcycles are of registration numbers; UES 402G and UFB 550H while others yet to be recovered include; UFA 268M, UEY 937T, UEX 233Y, UEW 215P, UEV 631Q, UEV 483Q, UFA 347E and UAF 104Z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Upon interrogation, they confirmed that Okiror has been their long time end buyer and dealer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police investigations revealed that this is an organized gang operating across Aswa, North Kyoga, East Kyoga and Elgon regions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
