FDC\u2019s president, Patrick Amuriat Oboi has revealed that he has the capacity to be the president of Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amuriat revealed this after he showed interest in becoming FDC\u2019s flag bearer in the 2021 general elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI am such a person who does my work covertly, once I became FDC president I begun to develop ideas,\u201d said Oboi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also said that he possesses the required leadership credentials having been inspired and groomed by the former party president RTD Col. Dr Kizza Besigye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also noted that his biggest obstacle on his presidential bid is the cracks that have developed in the opposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhat is playing out today is not good for the opposition because we are trying to eat into ourselves,\u201d said Amuriat before adding that;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou have a breakaway from the FDC and forming ANT and going with the few members. You see members of Parliament of the Democratic Party joining NUP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
