Elioda Twesigye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG-20200709-WA0038-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16105\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG-20200709-WA0038-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG-20200709-WA0038-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG-20200709-WA0038.jpg 810w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to an eye witness that also managed to talk to the Councillor, the attackers first poured fuel to the car and set it ablaze before bolting the door of the house that Councillor Allan and his family stay in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The intention was to pure-finish off the whole family,&#8221; the eye witness said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Like the Kla thieves do, they removed the car lock, opened the door, threw grass on the co-driver seat and ignited fire.
