Last evening, Dr. Adam Mugume, one of Ugandans finest economists, was appointed Acting Deputy Governor Bank of Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mugume replaced Dr. Louis Kasekende whose tenure at the central Bank expired earlier this year.An insider reveals Mugume will not only perform the deputy governor\u2019s roles but governor Mutebile\u2019s as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
