The\nKatikkiro of Buganda Kingdom, Charles Peter Mayiga has rallied youths and\nUgandans at large on the importance of hard work and innovativeness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nsaid the only way of eliminating poverty is for the youth to work hard with a\nlot of creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nmade the remarks while officiating the occasion to congratulate different employees\nwho excelled in different departments in Buganda Kingdom on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nsaid that hard work guarantee success in most ventures noting that youth should\nalways refrain from laziness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“It\nis very important that whenever you \nwork hard, you can innovate, whatever challenge you may face, you have\nto continue doing what you do irrespective of the challenges because there is no\ngain without pain,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nalso emphasised the beauty of transparency in any Job as a true tendency for\ngenuine wealth accumulation and development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nurged all the Chief Executive Officers of different companies to always\nappreciate the best employee of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“I\nrequested the CEO of different companies to reward the best performers with the\nyear’s salary on top of that other gifts that they receive,” he said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
