They damaged the railings fluorescent tubes and the\nnoise produced was mistaken for gunshots by the people watching on commercial television\nstations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When they jumped into the plenary chambers, they started\nshouting and accusing ministers of corruption. video footage shows one male MP\npunching one of them. MPs hurried to get away to safety as security tried to\narrest these men. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was during a debate about the Land Information System\nInternational conference which is due in Entebbe and other current issues\npertaining to land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga was protected by\nsecurity personnel as the drama went on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 27, 2017 when 25 Suspended MPs refused to leave\nthe chambers as directed by the speaker, MS Kadaga.
