{"id":13991,"date":"2020-02-17T13:34:08","date_gmt":"2020-02-17T10:34:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=13991"},"modified":"2020-02-17T13:34:11","modified_gmt":"2020-02-17T10:34:11","slug":"kaka-bagyendas-son-convicted-of-murdering-girlfriend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/17\/kaka-bagyendas-son-convicted-of-murdering-girlfriend\/","title":{"rendered":"Kaka Bagyenda\u2019s Son Convicted of Murdering Girlfriend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brian Bagyenda a son to ISO boss, Kaka Bagyenda\nhas been convicted of murdering his 22-year-old girlfriend, Enid Twijukye in\nJanuary 2016. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>On Monday, 17 February 2020, Justice Moses\nKazibwe of the High Court in Kampala convicted Brian alongside his accomplices;\nInnocent Bainomugisha, a-24year-old cleaner, and Vincent Rwahwire, a\n28-year-old casual worker.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>It should be noted that; on January 22, 2020, prosecution\nand the assessor asked court to convict Brian Bagyenda.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Prosecution led by Mr Joseph Kyomuhendo and Ms\nJoan Keko told court that Bagyenda as a mastermind of the murder, fully\nparticipated and knew what he was doing when he called on his two accomplices\nto tie up the deceased with a pillowcase which led to her death.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>&acirc;&#128;&#156;Tying the deceased with a pillowcase, the accused very well knew that this would cut off oxygen supply and eventually cause death. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A1 (accused one) Bagyenda is a well-educated and a qualified pharmacist who knew that cutting off someone&acirc;&#128;&#153;s oxygen supply causes death,&acirc;&#128;&#157; Ms Keko submitted.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brian Bagyenda a son to ISO boss, Kaka Bagyenda has been convicted of murdering his 22-year-old girlfriend, Enid Twijukye in January 2016.
