{"id":12825,"date":"2019-12-18T14:15:48","date_gmt":"2019-12-18T11:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=12825"},"modified":"2019-12-18T14:15:52","modified_gmt":"2019-12-18T11:15:52","slug":"we-are-more-than-ready-to-host-african-youth-conference-nrm-youth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2019\/12\/18\/we-are-more-than-ready-to-host-african-youth-conference-nrm-youth\/","title":{"rendered":"We Are More Than Ready To Host African Youth Conference \u2014 NRM Youth"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Youth\nunder the Umbrella, NRM Youth Committed Association have revealed that Uganda\nwill host the African Youth Conference in 2020 aimed at bringing over 2000\nyouths all over the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While\naddressing the journalists in Kampala, the spokesperson NRM youth Committee\nAssociation, Rogers Kalema said the conference is aimed at promoting unity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAbout\n63 countries will participate, we take participants from East African\ncountries, regional communities and foreign states that would wish to work with\nus,&#8221; he said <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These\ncountries that are expected to participate include China, Russia, North Korea, Cuba\nand Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He\nsaid the conference will also help to make Africa a global power. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kalema\nsaid that Uganda should desist from western Imperialism and support which often\ncomes with strings attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Whether\nyou played a part in colonialism, neo colonialism and imperialism, you are all\nour enemies,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He\nadded: \u201cWhether you are trading with us and you are forcing me to do whatever I\ndon&#8217;t like to go through, you become our enemy,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Youth under the Umbrella, NRM Youth Committed Association have revealed that Uganda will host the African Youth Conference in 2020 aimed at bringing over 2000 youths all over the continent.
