{"id":12740,"date":"2019-12-12T17:01:58","date_gmt":"2019-12-12T14:01:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=12740"},"modified":"2019-12-12T17:02:01","modified_gmt":"2019-12-12T14:02:01","slug":"police-hunting-for-three-escaped-suspected-robbers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2019\/12\/12\/police-hunting-for-three-escaped-suspected-robbers\/","title":{"rendered":"Police Hunting For Three Escaped suspected Robbers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nKampala Metropolitan police have said they are hunting for three suspected\nrobbers who escaped after a shooting in Mutundwe that left four of their\ncolleague dead on spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kampala\nMetropolitan police spokesperson Patrick Onyango warned the public to be watchful\nand vigilant especially during this festive season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe\nthugs that escaped were in vehicle Toyata caldina which was black in colour\nnumber UAN 368H, they are three in number, they are armed and dangerous. We are\ntracing for this vehicle for the three suspects. We are looking for them and\nanytime we know we shall arrest them,\u201d he said <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onyango\nalso urged the public to report any suspected person with immediate effect to\nthe nearest police station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\nappeal to the members of the public if you cite this vehicle anywhere alert the\npolice immediately or inform the nearest authority or any security personnel\nthat you know about the vehicle or suspects,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nthree people that are being hunted by security escaped as the Uganda People\u2019s Defence\nForces battled with suspected robbers in Mutundwe after a notification from one\nof the residents who was being hunted by these robbers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kampala Metropolitan police have said they are hunting for three suspected robbers who escaped after a shooting in Mutundwe that left four of their colleague dead on spot.
