The Mufti of Uganda Sheik Shaban Ramadhan Mubajje, has called upon politicians to stop fuelling division among Muslims by siding with people who are fond of propagating the gospel of hatred ,disunity among the people of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He urged all the leaders right from grassroot to stop politicising Islamic religion instead,they should spread the word of love among people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said the the main role of politicians and other leaders in the community is to make that sure that people are united to ease growth,ecomic development and well-being of the locals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He made the remarks while officiating the inauguration of Westnile Muslim regional administration in Arua district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He revealed that the division among Muslims in Arua municipality orginantes from lack of academic qualifications which are prequsite requirement for one to be a Muslim leader. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He urged the entire Muslim community to concentrating on fighting for academic qualifications which will help them to take up leadership positions than getting involved in petty fights and conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sheik Mahmoud Rayan was sworn in as the regional Khadi of Westnile muslims region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The president message that was delivered by the state minister for investment and Privatization commended the Uganda Muslims supreme Council for setting up reginal structures as an avenue to ease service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
