Esther Mbayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Others\nat the airport to receive him included the Head of Public Service, Mr. John\nMitala, the Commander of Uganda People\u2019s Defence Air Forces, Lt. Gen.
