The is verbal war that has erupted between Kampala glamour girls Tinah Tesie and Ariana Kasyata as they trade in prostitution accusations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources have revealed that the argument started\nfrom a WhatsApp group where Arena accused Tesie of prostitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In retaliation Tesie told Ariana that\nshe is also a prostitute since she had sex with Moses Magogo a week after being\nengaged by her boyfriend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is believed that Ariana confessed to\nthe accusation and said that he slept with Magogo because he is a rich man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this point tampers flared and Ariana unleashed\nverbal artillery on Tesie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is said that Ariana told off Tessie\nthat she is low key prostitute who even gives sex for only $15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statements angered Tesie and she has\nnow served Ariana with a letter of intention to sue through her lawyers of\nMulindwa associates and advocates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tesie is now demanding compensation of\nShs200million and an apology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is well within your knowledge that\nyou published audios and text messages in WhatsApp groups that contained\nslanderous and libellous content that were untruthful. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On “FLAMES” WhatsApp group.\nyou published. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou were uselessly hi even Magogoz driver\nused you after we left\u2026\u2026 nga osesema everywhere, a driver for Godz sake.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo gwe Kotusesmela bakuzina etako\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The Kenyan guy I gave you was\nworse my sister shud post his pic?” <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“U remember everything Tina I still\nhave the receipt from the forex bural nga ur complaining bakuzinye maloba…\n$50 tonjasamila” (Screen shot messages are hereto attached) <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You depicted in those statements that\nour client got free booze from your ex-boyfriend “Magogo” in Mbarara\non 21″ October 2018, got very drunk. started vomiting and Magogo’s driver\nused her to have anal sex. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly. you depicted her as a\npromiscuous person whom you pimped to have sex with an alleged Kenyan man for money\nand she complained that he had paid her less money, <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the audios that are circulating you\nclaim that “you can abuse anyone and get away with it”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our client is a Social Media\nPersonality. N Presenter. Influencer who is widely considered by the public and\nenormously benefits from it through her growing followers on Facebook (12.000\nfollowers). Facebook timeline (over 5.000). lnstagram (over 52.000 followers).\nSnapchat (over 10.000 followers). and Twit. (over 2.900 followers) as a\nbusiness. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your WhatsApp text messages and audios\nwere published on “FLAMES” WhatsApp group that contains Media\nPersonalities. Entertainers. Di’s. Musicians. Artist Managers. Bar Marketers.\nComedians having over 81 participants that work in the same line of business\nwith our client. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In those statements, you acted with\nactual malice by knowing the falsity or by reckless disregard for the truth. We\nwere informed that you published the malicious content after our client exposed\nyour infidelity affair with Mr. Magogo Moses Hassim for which you confessed\nthat you slept with him because he is a rich man. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the said publication, you depicted our client as a promiscuous person. prostitute. low class person, drunkard and this amounts to moral turpitude. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The public. our client’s peers, business associates and clients believe it to be true. Our client as a Brand Ambassador for Ethiopian Airlines and Presenter for a Programme on NN called -Login Xtra- that has different sponsors such as UBL, has suffered scorn, ridicule in her repute yet such a business requires one to be of good reputable conduct. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our diens is the Managing Director of Production Progress Africa Ltd that produces Xtra- but is being undermined by her business associates and sponsors which has grossly affected her business prospects. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is therefore to demand payment of\nUgx 200,000.000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Million Only) in general and\npunitive damages. plus our legal costs amounting to Ugx 20.000.000 (Uganda\nShillings Twenty Million Only) within 5 working days from the date hereof. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We further demand an apology from you\n“Without Prejudice- to the foregoing which can be used as a mitigatory\nfactor. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
