{"id":11471,"date":"2019-09-26T11:38:41","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T08:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=11471"},"modified":"2019-09-26T11:38:45","modified_gmt":"2019-09-26T08:38:45","slug":"nwsc-commits-to-excellent-customer-service-dr-eng-silver-mugisha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2019\/09\/26\/nwsc-commits-to-excellent-customer-service-dr-eng-silver-mugisha\/","title":{"rendered":"NWSC commits  to excellent customer service &#8211; Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The National water and Sewerage Corporation Managing Director Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha has said that the utility is committed to excellent customer service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>National Water and Sewerage Corporation bagged three awards at the Digital Impact Awards organized by HiPipo at Mestil hotel.<br>\nAwards;<br>\n\u2022Best Digital Customer Service<br>\n\u2022Best Digital Customer Experience (Utilities)<br>\n\u2022Best E-Service\/E-Commerce <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While receiving the awards, Dr. Silver said that the awards exhibit a continuous vote of confidence from the utility customers, stakeholders and members of the public who recognize the corporation&#8217;s tireless efforts towards service delivery.<br> &#8220;Awards don&#8217;t automatically qualify us as the best. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, when we are recognized, we are motivated to implore new ways of serving our customers better.
