The Territorial Police in Kiira Region in close\ncoordination with the Zonal Field Force Unit, has charged 4 Field Force\nOfficers with discreditable conduct, after they recorded a man and woman, who\nwas making love in a car, shared their video, while they were half naked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This occurred on the 7\/09\/2019 near Kakira main\ngate and were supposed to be arrested for being public nuisance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On investigation, the video which went viral was\ntraced to officers of the Integrated Highway Patrol in Kakira, who recorded the\nsuspects turned victims on video and shared the video using one of their\nphones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
These include; CPL Magala Mathew, PC Ssemakula\nMusa, PC Ndyanabo Yonasan, and PC Mayenge Joel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt is a serious matter when you get suspects\nthen place them in a vulnerable position and take advantage of their situation.\nThe behavior of the officers was unethical and immoral,\u201d said Police\nSpokesperson, Fred Enanga<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that; \u201cAs an organization, we expect the\nhighest level of integrity and moral strength from everyone in the integrated\nhighway patrol and the force at large. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe would like to reiterate that there is no\nplace in our institution for individuals who choose to manipulate the law,\nforce discipline and policy for their selfish interests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
