The Territorial Police in Ngoma, Nakaseke\nDistrict, has in custody a suspect who hacked to death a mother and her two\nsons, aged 13 and 3, using an axe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident which occurred on the night of\n6\/09\/2019, was reported by Nakaye Teddy, a 52-year-old peasant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is alleged that the suspect Kimeze Festo, a 35-year-old,\ncharcoal burner, was cohabiting with Namukisa Pauline, a 40-year-old female\nadult, who came with her two sons, Kizza Robert, a 13-year, old male juvenile\nand Kato Bob, a 2-year, old male juvenile and they started to stay together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They had stayed together for the last 6 months as\na family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The suspect admits to hacking the three to death,\nafter failed attempts to recover his saw machine, which he suspected was stolen\nby his lover and two sons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon arrest he led detectives to where the axe\nwas hidden and it was recovered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bodies of the three victims were subjected to\npost mortem examination and handed over to the relatives for burial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The suspect was charged to court on 16\/09\/2019\nwith 3 counts of aggravated murder.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
