I cannot do such a thing in front of my colleagues.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoping\nto clear the air, the assembly&#8217;s Speaker Edwin Kakach then instructed members\nto step outside and take a break from the chamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports\nalso say he asked officials to bring in air fresheners &#8220;to make it\npleasant.
