{"id":10007,"date":"2019-07-11T12:15:44","date_gmt":"2019-07-11T09:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=10007"},"modified":"2019-07-11T12:15:48","modified_gmt":"2019-07-11T09:15:48","slug":"details-why-chameleone-sold-dna-bar-emerge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2019\/07\/11\/details-why-chameleone-sold-dna-bar-emerge\/","title":{"rendered":"Details Why Chameleone Sold DNA Bar Emerge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It is now clear that\nJose Chameleone might not be good at running small businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week we revealed how the singer had <a href=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2019\/07\/03\/chameleones-bar-closes-again-over-missing-funds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"closed his Kololo based DNA Lounge (opens in a new tab)\">closed his Kololo based DNA Lounge<\/a> following huge debts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snoops reveal that\nthe singer was involved in a bitter feud with the Muzungu manager identified as\nMaxim GK Steurbaut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been revealed\nthat the two are still feuding after the singer made an audit at the bar and\nfound out that he was making huge losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snoops reveal that\nChameleone found out that the Muzungu manager had mismanaged the funds and\nabout Shs300million could not be traced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also revealed\nthat Maxim mismanaged and went ahead to empty the bar accounts without the\nsinger\u2019s knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was also found\nout that the suppliers of the bar were demanding huge sums of money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snoops further say\nthat Maxim has been enjoying the bar money with his girlfriend Sheila Saltofie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After several consultations\nwith his Denmark based partner the Basima Ogenze singer decided to sell off the\nbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For close to a week,\nChameleone has been looking for serious buyer until he recently found one with\na good offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also revealed\nthat Jose Chameleone settled for Shs320million after evaluation of the\nequipment and items in the bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snoops have further\nrevealed that Chameleone has embarked on clearing debts and rent arrears to his\nlandlord, tycoon Drake Lubega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth noting\nthat the fate of workers is unclear since they are not sure if the new management\nwill take them on.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is now clear that Jose Chameleone might not be good at running small businesses.
