On October 28, the Cricket Oval Lugogo will host the 7th Edition of the renowned beer and food festival.
The Annual Oktoberfest is returning after a protracted hiatus, and with a Drunch edition, it promises to be even bigger and better.
The exciting day will include loads of fantastic beers, delicious food, music, and entertainment. The Oktoberfest this year is sure to be unforgettable!
The wonderful news was revealed by festival organizer Denis Asiimwe at the launch party, which took place at The Villa in Bukoto. “This year’s Oktoberfest will be a Drunch edition and it is all about music, with a fantastic lineup of artists,” he stated.
“The gates will open at noon so that patrons can enjoy lunch and the schedule of events while watching the show.” A combination of alcohol and food is called a “drunch.” He continued
The amazing Cindy Sanyu and Abeeka band along with the great Jose Chameleone will headline the festival. In addition, performances by Kohen Jaycee, Izabel Ug, Ras B Ssali, Dolv Gvng, and Chevank Badcitizen will highlight up-and-coming talent.
