KAMPALA HEAVY RAINS!!!  Floods Submerge Lugogo

1 Mins read

The heavy downpour in Kampala this afternoon has seen the areas around Lugogo flood heavily.

The floods affected the Lugogo Forest Mall building, Carrefour supermarket, Game Stores, Café Javas and all the shops and offices on the ground floor of the buildings.

The roads were also submerged to capacity.

It is worth noting that Kampala’s drainage system is so poor that it cannot handle water channelling whenever there is a heavy downpour in the city.
