Amos Lugoloobi, the State Minister of Finance, has been remanded to Luzira Prison for dealing in shady property.
The accusations stem from his alleged involvement in the theft of 700 iron sheets intended for the weaker members of society as part of the Karamoja Community Empowerment Program.
