Over the past couple of years, Tengi Styles has created a brand of a new breed of Kitenge clothes blending the African Print idea in a number of things such as Bucket Hats, Jumpers, Shirts, trousers and shorts.
The contemporary African print attires created by Tengi Styles have hit the fashion industry almost by surprise. Many artists, designers, and models have upped their game when it comes to the sensual, African fabric and Tengi styles is no different.
Located in Jinja, Tengi styles is by far the most authentic african wear and material dealer in the land. Inspired by his father, Hari Patel, 28, has mastered the local languages which has helped him be able to sell his products far and beyond.
With no branch in Kampala yet, Tengi styles has the capacity to make timely deliveries to clients in Kampala and beyond with an exquisite customer satisfaction which can almost be found nowhere.
Harry’s company is partnering with Abaana Abaidho Organization, an NGO in Buwenge that is based on the desire to assist street children in Jinja by providing them with an opportunity to identify, learn and practice their art talents. The organization also provides tailoring skills to the girl child and needy women in the community and that’s where Patel and Tengi styles come in.
Tengi styles has dressed celebrities like Maro, and Motocross champion Maxime Van Pee who won the Ugandan national championship in 85cc and Mx2 in 2012. He urges young people to follow their dreams and to stick to doing the things they love the most if they want to be and remain happy.
More to that, Tengi Styles is currently running a charity sale until the 19th August, 2022 where they are selling their bucket Hats at Shs20,000 in a bid to support a child with education. All proceeds from this charity sale are to go to Abaana Abaidho orgainization.
