I am Still in Disagreement With Museveni — Amama Mbabazi

1 Mins read

Former Prime Minister and 2016 presidential elections loser John Patrick Amama Mbabazi has revealed that he still disagrees with president Museveni on some issues.

Mbabazi revealed this at a service of welcoming archbishop Dr Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu to Kinkizi diocese at St Peter’s cathedral Nyakatare yesterday.

“We don’t agree on some things but we will continue talking until we reach an agreement,” said Mbabazi before adding that, “He recently called me to work with him on some things and I agreed. Q

He said individuals should not judge each other but rather concentrate on reconciling egos and building peace if real development is to be achieved.

“Do not judge and you will not be judged. Do not condemn and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven.”

Mbabazi notes that during the time he stood against President Museveni in 2016, he regarded him as a good president, which was misconceived that they were working together even then.
