FULL LIST: Gen Rusoke Deployed to Rwanda As Museveni Appoints New Envoys

President Yoweri Museveni has appointed new ambassadors, high commissioners and deputy ambassadors.

The list which sees him maintain most names, Elizabeth Nabbaka Musasizi, has been appointed Uganda’s Ambassador to Havana, Cuba.
