‘TOLINA WAAKA JUST’: Ugandans Tell Off GCIC Boss Duncan After He Says His Bazooka Can’t Bomb Kandahar Weeks After 2nd Jab

1 Mins read

Government Citizens Interaction Centre (GCIC) Deputy Director, Duncan Abigaba, has sparked debated over the safety of COVID19 vaccines.

Duncan posted on his social media pages that after taking his second jab, his nuclear warhead has not been rising to the occasion, opening debate about the jabs.

“I know men fear to talk about this. But doctors should have warned us about the second AstraZeneca jab. Two weeks now and certain quarters cannot function properly. Men, speak out before your marriages and relationships are ended unceremoniously,” Duncan said.

He added, “Guys, I am a supporter of #Vaccination 101%. Also, my allegations aren’t scientifically proven. However, a few colleagues and I haven’t been doing well after the jab. I have only spoken out to implore @MinofHealthUG to advise in case a study has been done about this. Thank you.”

Uganda is currently using the AstraZeneca vaccine although it’s expected to receive 600k doses of Pfizer vaccine at the end of this month.

Many have told Duncan his problem could be as a result of stress since he has had and beaten the virus.

Giving their own experience of the vaccine, they add that the GCIC boss maybe needs to boost his armor because they have been shooting since they took their jabs.
