Thugs Raid Fallen Archbishop Cyprian Lwanga’s Home

The Police of Nagalama are searching for unidentified panga wielding thugs who attacked and robbed the ancestral home of the Late Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga located at Kyabakadde village, Kyabakade Parish in Kyampisi Sub-county, Mukono District.

According to Kampala Metropolitan Police deputy spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire, the number of thieves that raided Lwanga’s ancestral home is about 15.

He also revealed that the attackers were armed with pangas, sticks and other materials they used to break into the home and that they wore plain clothes and face masks.

After cutting the house’s fence, the robbers the entered the home and took off with two mobile phones and about Shs250,000.

They would later tie the victims before leaving.
