Bobi Wine Detained At Nalufenya

Upon his arrest in Luuka, National Unity Platform President Robert Kyagulanyi has been taken to Nalufenya police station, Jinja where he is being detained.

Bobi Wine is accused of defying the Electoral Commission directive of not holding mass rallies that exceed 200 people.

Upon his detention at Nalufenya, Bobi Wine supporters gathered and demanded his immediate release.

To disperse the crowds that had gathered at Nalufenya Police station, the officers fired teargas disperse Bobi Wine supporters and some have been arrested.
