UBTEB Commences Registration Of Students

The Uganda Business Technical Examination Board (UBTEB) has commenced the registration of candidates for National Certificate-Technical and Uganda Community Polytechnic for Nov/Dec 2020.

In accordance with circular No.2 of 2020, on the registration of the above candidates for the Nov/Dec 2020 examinations series, the Board informed the heads of centre and all esteemed stakeholders that the registration has kicked off well today.

“I am pleased to report that institutions have started registration of their candidates and this is a positive start and we hope to complete the exercise on time,” Onesmus Oyesigye, the board’s executive secretary stated.

He said the normal registration candidates in this category starts today 2nd November 2020 to 11th December 2020 and late registration will commence on 14th December 2020 to 18th December 2020.

“We appeal to all heads of centres to observe the registration deadline to enable the board prepare for the conduct of examinations. The board encourages heads of centres to register candidates online and make payments after the board has verified candidates and issued a fees bill,” said Oyesigye.

He said the board is in final stages of completing registration for the deferred may/June 2020 examinations.

“The Board has put in place all measures to guard against the COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health. The board wishes all heads of centres successful registration season,” Oyesigye noted.
