Kira Division police is investigating a murder of one Gabeya Noah, 22 a resident of Kyaliwajjala B, Kira Municipality by her boyfriend Kabazi Gerald.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Police deputy spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire, the incident happened at Gabby and Ridden boutique shop located in Kyaliwajjala which is also their residence.
“Police responded and the body of the deceased was conveyed to city mortuary Mulago for post-mortem,” he said in a statement.
He noted that relevant statements from witnesses about the incident were also recorded.
“Inquiries are ongoing to establish the motive of the murder and also arrest Kabazi Gerald who is currently on the run,” he said.
