Gender Minister, Hon Mwesigwa Rukutana’s love for the gun has become insatiable after he grabbed a gun from his bodyguard and attempted to shoot at yet to be identified people.
In the video that is spreading like wildfire online, Rukutana is seen grabbing a gun from his body guard and advancing to shoot the people who were in the car.
The people in the car were saved by Rukutana’s bodyguard who was quick to remove the Magazine from the gun.
People in the car are seen trying to take cover and one who seems to be speaking on phone says that; “Come, Rukutana is going to shoot us”
Then another person cautions the driver not to drive very fast.
“Stop driving recklessly. Be careful,” one of the men charges at the driver, who responds, “Don’t put me under pressure. I know what I am doing.”
