IMC Opens New Clinic in Soroti

International Medical Centre has opened a new branch in Soroti town to response to the health care needs of the people in Soroti and in surrounding areas.

“IMC has and continues to play a significant role in transforming the country’s primary health care through massive investment in the establishment of regional state of the art facilities that are well equipped and offers a wide scope of services,” Joel Oroni the Genral manager of IMC said.

He added that “Through the Soroti branch, IMC will be in position to reach the local community and provide them tailor made services that will address their health care needs. we have set up advanced and modern dental clinic in response to the local community demand,’

The clinic will be offering health care services such as doctor consultation, laboratory services from Lancet laboratories and specialised tests like DNA testing and antenatal screening, pharmacy, check-ups and treatment of minor procedures. all these will be provided by a team of dedicated professional and specialised medical experts.

IMC is establishing new clinics in many locations around Ugnada and relocating old ones to better premises where they can best serve their clients. ” Our agenda is meant to bring better healthcare services to people living in communities outside Kampala, so that they do not hav to travel long distances to seek quality treatment” Joel Oroni emphasied.

Despite the outbreak of COVID-19, IMC intends on on continuing with its planned expansion so that many more Ugandans have access to quality health care. they also intend on using technology to bridge the service provision gap and ensure easy customer reach and access to quality and improved primary health care service.

“We are dedicated to providing exemplary and quality health care to all Ugandans regardless of their geographical location, a factor that sets us apart from other service providers. Our focus on clinical growth and expansion is compelled by our commitment to improve lives by bettering the services we provide since health care is constantly evolving, with new challenges and new remedies every day. I am proud to say IMG is up to the challenge,” Mr Ackerman said.
