Supporters of former URA top boss Dixon Kateshumbwa last evening set to fire the car, and house of Councillor Allan Mastiko in Kyagaju Parish in Sheema.
Councillor Allan Mastiko is a renowned supporter of current MP of Sheema Municipality, Hon. Elioda Twesigye.
According to an eye witness that also managed to talk to the Councillor, the attackers first poured fuel to the car and set it ablaze before bolting the door of the house that Councillor Allan and his family stay in.
“The intention was to pure-finish off the whole family,” the eye witness said.
“Like the Kla thieves do, they removed the car lock, opened the door, threw grass on the co-driver seat and ignited fire. They closed the car and went behind the house where the bolted the door from outside,” the eye witness observed while on scene.
