Record 43 New COVID – 19 Cases Confirmed, Uganda Now Stands At 203

Uganda has registered a new record of 43 new COVID-19 cases from 1,838 samples of truck drivers.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Uganda is now 203

The cases are 15 Ugandans, 9 Kenyans, 4 Eritreans at Elegu border, 5 Tanzanians, 1 Burundian at Mutukula border and 5 Kenyans, 2 Ugandans, 1 Burundian at Malaba border.

One case has no known nationality.

Fortunately, All 720 community samples have tested negative for COVID-19.

So far, 63 cases have fully recovered from COVID – 19
