Married Couples Should Always be Thankful to God –Vice President Ssekandi

The vice president Edward Ssekandi Kiwanuka has said that marking 25th years in marriage is a feat couples must be proud and give thanks to almighty God for the gift of life, wealth and children.

Speaking during the sliverJubliee celebrations of Hajji Abdul Kiyimba Nsangi sub county chairperson in Wakiso who hosted their guest at the home of his wife Halima Nakimuli at Kabagala village in Lwengo district.

Ssekandi applauded the couple for the love and patience towards each other which has been the pillar of their marriage.

He described Hajji Kiyimba as a very resourceful politician who has contributed to the development of the country.

He implored the almighty God to grand them more life to see them to their golden Jubilee.

The NRM Chief whip , Ruth Nankabirwa thanked Kiyimba’s wife Halima Nakimuli for loving the husband and bringing up all the children.

Lwengo district woman mp, Cissy Donzio Namujju also hailed Hajji Kiyimba for making good friends who have stood with him during both good and challenged moments whom she described as the real friend.

she donated a cow to the couple.

The function attracted a number of business icons from across the country.
