Whistle Blower Reports LDC Top Officials to IGG Over Corruption, Abuse of Office, And Sexual Harrasment

1 Mins read

A whistle blower known as Mugerwa Ramathan has reported the Director and Academic Registrar of the much revered Law Development Centre to the Inspectorate of Goverment in a complaint over abuse of office, sexual harrasment, and corruption.

According to the complaint, the director, Mr. Frank Nigel Othombi, and the academic registrar, Mr. Turyahikayo Evaristo have been collecting obscene amounts of money from students just to change their marks and get them to the graduation list.

The whistle blower, Mugerwa also states that in many circumstances, especially for female students, sex in return for change of marks has been often the trade.

This, according to Mugerwa is one of the reasons as to why LDC has the biggest number of court cases (over 50) in the courts of law.

He also argues that a thorough forensic audit would reveal all the evidence to put the two men away. He adds that now is the peak season for these monsters as graduation is almost three weeks away.
