There is Nothing Magical That Can be Done About Electoral Reforms – Uganda Law Society President Kinobe Says

1 Mins read

The president of Uganda Law Society (ULS), Simon Peter Kinobe while speaking on NBS’ Morning Breeze noted that the opposition looks very disorganized and might not have a chance cracking the NRM regime.

On the issue of electoral reforms, he stated that there is nothing magical that can be done about them because  government needs about threes year to bring the reforms on board.

“Elections are only elections if you have a viable candidate in the opposition, of late we see a lot of disagreement in the opposition camp while NRM is seen to be more organized than before, “he said.

He also said that the opposition has a huge task to accomplish when it comes to elections, especially those of 2021.
